Stephanie Sturkie

Meet Stephanie H. Sturkie, Partner, AAI, CIC

Stephanie H. Sturkie has been working with national and regional insurance carriers since 1989 within the Independent Insurance Agency channel. She has worked with local owned agencies and top national insurance brokers and has a vast experience with personal and commercial insurance. She is a licensed SC Property & Casualty agent and holds a Broker License. She earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2003 and maintains this with the continuing education required to hold this prestigious designation. She is also an Accredited Advisor in Insurance and has maintained that designation over 11 years.

Stephanie started her career with Heffron, Ingle & McDowell & Cooper as a commercial account manager and since worked for other agencies in sales, marketing, leadership and management.

Stephanie was born in Florence, SC and grew up in the Pee Dee. She graduated from West Florence High School attended Coker College. Outside of insurance she is a supporter of the community and serves as a volunteer for several associations and groups. She is a member of St Paul United Methodist Church.
